Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ClipGenie, provided by TubeGuruji, including our website, AI video editing and generation tools, and related services. By using ClipGenie, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal adulthood where you live, to create an account. If you use ClipGenie for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not impersonate another person or share access in ways that bypass plan limits.

You retain your rights in the videos, photos, audio, scripts, prompts and other material you submit. You give ClipGenie permission to host, copy, process, transform and transmit that material as needed to provide the features you use, including sending it to service providers for AI processing or publishing to accounts you connect.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content, including copyright, music licenses, publicity rights and consent from people whose face or voice you use. Only create an avatar or imitation of a person when you have appropriate permission. Rights in generated output depend on applicable law and any third-party material it contains; output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Templates, software, branding and other materials provided by ClipGenie or its licensors remain their property. Access to stock media, music or third-party assets does not transfer ownership or override their license restrictions. Check the license and any attribution requirements before publishing or using an asset commercially.

Do not use ClipGenie for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, exploitation, nonconsensual intimate content, or deceptive impersonation. Do not upload material you have no right to use or disclose private information without authorization.

Do not interfere with the service, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or usage limits, or abuse trials, referrals or creator rewards. We may restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect users, or comply with law.

AI edits, captions, translations, scripts, voices and generated media can contain errors or inappropriate material. Review your output before relying on it or publishing it. You are responsible for accuracy, required disclosures and your final publishing decisions. ClipGenie does not guarantee views, engagement, revenue or a particular creative result.

When you connect a social account, you authorize the access and publishing actions you request, including scheduled posts. Third-party platform terms and policies also apply. Publishing can fail or be delayed because of platform restrictions, expired access, outages or other factors. Disconnecting an account does not remove posts already published on that platform.

The price, billing interval, included credits and feature limits are shown when you choose a plan or check out. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You authorize our payment processor to collect the applicable charges and any taxes disclosed at checkout.

Manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available from your billing page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Monthly plan credits reset each month and do not roll over; annual plans also receive monthly credit refills. Bonus credits are tracked separately. Credits are service allowances, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly offer a refund, payments are nonrefundable and unused credits or partial billing periods are not refunded. Trial access, promotions and rewards are subject to their stated limits and eligibility rules. We will communicate changes to recurring prices before they take effect, and you may cancel before renewal.

We may update features, impose reasonable technical limits, or interrupt service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Keep your own copies of important source files and exports. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or indefinite storage.

You may stop using ClipGenie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, legal requirements or security risks. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Ending access does not remove payment obligations already incurred or rights that must continue under these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClipGenie is provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, that files will never be lost, or that third-party services will remain available.

To the extent permitted by law, ClipGenie and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid ClipGenie in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may revise these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes apply prospectively; continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
